1. Type of Event:  Every event has different needs.  Weddings can have different needs than family reunions.  Preparation time is also a factor when considering what type of event you are having.

2. Day of the week:  Friday Saturday and Sunday are in greatest demand.  Discounts are offered through out the rest of the week.

3. Time of day: Evenings are in greatest demand.  Discounts are offered for day time during the week.

4. Season:  Depending on the seasonal peaks and holidays, our services may be in demand.

5. Equipment requirements: Some functions require special equipment.  Light shows, Fog, Karaoke, Video and wardrobe requirements as examples.

6. Number of people in attendance: Larger, more powerful equipment is required for some events.
